Changes in SHIPPING Rates Available and Service Delivery Guarantees

Strung Out On Pearls offers FREE Tracked Parcel, Expedited and Xpresspost shipping within Canada and to destinations in the United States through Chit Chats or Canada Post on orders $100 usd. and over. 

Select items listed qualify for a lower FLAT RATE standard untracked $15 usd shipping rate if they do not meet the Free shipping threshold.  The shipping rates will be listed under the product description in these cases.

Unfortunately, once packages leave my shop and in the hands of either shipping carrier, they cannot be retrieved or cancelled. 

If your package has been sent by any of the above rates, I will send you any appropriately related tracking number.

Please be patient about the delivery of your order. Postal authorities in Canada and the United States are doing their best.
